专利说明:
JOINING METHOD AND JOINING FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method of joining for use in the manufacture of articles such as storage items, storage shelves, storage compartments, storage and transport boxes, decorative items, gift items, small animal enclosures, animal enclosures, playthings, building and interior fittings or furniture. . The invention also relates to a joint for carrying out the method. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Nowadays, products consisting of plate-like pieces are joined to one another using separate connecting members, such as a screw, nail or glue. The disadvantage of the previous solution is that often the product has to be assembled and thus the product takes up unnecessary space during transport. If, on the other hand, the assembly of the product has been left to the end user, the traditional assembly method is often perceived as unpleasant and difficult. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is a joint which can be locked easily and quickly. The above drawbacks can be overcome and the above-mentioned objects are achieved by the joining method according to the invention, which is characterized in what is defined in the characterizing part of claim 1. A preferred embodiment of the splice method is the subject of claim 2. The invented joint is characterized by what is defined in claim 3, the preferred embodiments of the joint being the subject of claims 4 to 8. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The main advantage of the invention is that the invented joint facilitates and speeds up the assembly of the product and thus reduces or eliminates the negative experience generally associated with assembly of the product. In addition, the joint solves the logistical problem, since the products do not have to be assembled and the product can be transported efficiently in a small space. It is clear that using an invented joint saves money in the assembly of different products. LIST OF FIGURES In the following, the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Figure 1 shows an inventive joint in a box, viewed perpendicular to the side, Figure 2 illustrates a box according to Figure 1, viewed from a perpendicular end; 3, the projection of the part to be joined is inserted into the hole of the opposite part, Fig. 4 is a partially cut-away view of the joint of Fig. 3, the projection of the part to be inserted is in locked position, perpendicular to the side; projecting into the locking cavity, Fig. 6 shows a sectional view of the joint of Figs. 3, 4 and 5, viewed in a perpendicular side view, the locking member being in the locking cavity, Fig. 7, seen from the side perpendicular to the locking member. Figure 8 is a partially cut away view of another invented joint, viewed from the side, Figure 9 is a partially cut away view of the third invented joint, Figure 10 is a partially cut away view of the fourth invented joint, Figure 11 is a view of the joint to be joined Figure 12 is a side view of the locking member of the joint of Figure 10, taken perpendicular to the side. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In the present figures, the related parts of the invention are not illustrated in scale, but are diagrammatic, illustrating the basic structure and operation of a preferred embodiment of the invention and its parts. The following sections and sections are shown in the illustrations. The part 1 which is the connecting part 1a or opposite part Ib in the figures, both parts 1 may have a projection 6 and a hole 7, as in Figures 8 and 9, with parts 1 having a box having parts 1 with side wall 2a and end wall 2b each with projections 6 , the projections 6 are provided with end walls 2b and a hole 2c is attached to the holes 7 of the side walls 2a. The protruding edge 3 is a generic name meaning part 1 having a projection 6. The hole part 4 is a generic name meaning part 1 having one or more holes 7. Partial thickness 5 is a generic name meaning the thickness of the part 1 so that 1a and the thickness of the opposite portion Ib may vary with each other. In the figures, the projection 6 is a part extending outwardly from the protruding edge 3 of the part 1, by means of which the connecting part 1a and the opposite part Ib can be joined to one another. The projection 6 has a side 6a, an end 6b, a base recess height 6c, a base recess depth 6d and a retaining member 6e. The base recess height 6c is equal to the partial thickness 5. The base recess depth 6d is equal to or less than the locking dimension 10, whereby the projection 6 fits into the hole 7 in the longitudinal direction 7a of the hole 7 because the protrusion 6 is displaceable by the locking dimension 10. The protrusion length 6f is a dimension of the protrusion 6 which must be equal to or less than the length 7a of the hole 7. The projection height 6g is a dimension of the projection 6 whose projection 6 is outside the projection edge 3 of the part 1. A hole 7 having a length 7a and a width 7b. The length of the hole 7 must be equal to or greater than the total height of the projection 6 and the width 7b of the hole 7 must be equal to or greater than the thickness of the part 1. The locking recess 8 having one or more counter-locks 8a, in Figs. 10 and 11, the locking recess 8a is an inside projection of the locking recess 8, which protrudes in the recess 9c of the locking member 9c of the locking member 9. above the hole 7 of the intersecting part 1, i.e. the hole 7 of the opposite part Ib. The locking member 9 is resilient due to the resilient slot 9d, whereby the locking member 9c of the locking member 9 is prevented, causing the locking member 9 to sink into the locking recess 8 of the attachment part 1, i.e. the locking member 9 decreases sideways. After the locking projection 9c of the locking member 9 passes through the hole 7 in the intersecting part 1, opposite part Ib, the latch 9c can turn to the locking position against the side of the opposite part Ib, in the figure 1 against the inside of the box. The locking member 9 has a tip 9a, a pushing head 9b, a locking member 9c, a resilient slot 9d and a removal member 9e. The lock 9c is formed by the shape of the locking member 9 as shown in the figures. The locking member 9c may also be formed by the shape of the forming part 1 in the locking member 9, e.g., the part 1 having external forms The locking member 9 has an inner shape. The resilient slot 9d allows the height of the locking member 9 to be reduced, whereby the locking member 9 can be inserted into the locking recess 8 and, after being pushed, the locking member 9 returns to its dimension. The ejector member 9e is a hole in the pushing end 9b of the locking member 9 in Figs. The exclusion of the lock 9c enables easy and rapid dismantling of the invented joint, for example in trade show / exhibition furniture. The locking gauge 10 is a measure of movement, the projection 6 of which is movable relative to the hole 7. In Fig. 3, the projection 6 of the connecting part la is inserted into the hole 7 of the opposite part Ib. In Fig. 4, the projection 6 of the connecting part la is displaced laterally in the hole 7 of the opposite part Ib so that the retaining member 6e parts 1, attachable part la and opposite part Ib hold together. In Fig. 5, when the locking member 9 is pushed from the pushing head 9b to the locking recess 8, the locking member 9 is compressed by a locking slot 9d into the locking recess 8 of the engaging portion 1a adjacent the protrusion 6 of the locking portion la In Fig. 6, the locking member 9 is in position in the locking position to prevent the projection 6 from escaping from the hole 7. Fig. 7 shows the locking member 9, the locking member 9 has a latch 9c, which latch 9c is a projection extending outwardly. In Figures 8 and 9, the locking member 9 is in position in the locking position, the locking member 9 in Figures 8 and 9 does not have a locking member 9c, whereby the locking member 9 can be unlocked to release the joint. Fig. 10 illustrates a locking member 9, wherein the locking member 9c is a recess or recess in the outer surface of the locking member 9, which holds the counter-locking member 8a in the locking slot 8. This invention relates to a method of joining articles used in the manufacture of articles such as cabinets, storage shelves, storage compartments, storage and transport boxes, decorative items, giftware, small animal enclosures, animal enclosures, playthings, furniture and fittings. to connect. It has now been found that the method of joining of the joining method is formed between the joining part 1a of the parts 1 and the opposite part Ib, in the method the projection 6 of the joining part 1a is inserted into the hole 7 of the opposite part Ib Ib locked together. After inserting the projection 6a into the hole 7 of the opposite part Ib of the projection 6, the part 9a is moved in the direction of the retaining member 6e, after which a wedge-shaped locking member 9a is inserted laterally into the locking slot 8 adjacent the projection 6. The invention also relates to a joint for use in articles such as articles for storage, storage shelves, storage compartments, storage and transport boxes, decorative items, giftware, small animal enclosures, animal enclosures, playthings, building and interior fittings or furniture. to connect. In the figures, it is shown that the joint is formed between the joining part 1a) of the parts 1 and the opposite part Ib, the joining part la having one or more projections 6, the projection 6 having one or more projection retaining members 6e on the opposite side of the connecting part la when the projection 6 of the connecting part la has been threaded into one or more holes 7 of the opposite part ib and moved in the hole 7 in the direction of the retaining member 6e, the joint is locked when one or viewed as wedge-shaped. Unlike the figures, the shape of the locking member 9 may be more than a wedge shape, for example a rectangular shape, but the rectangular shape is an unfavorable shape because the rectangular locking member 9 does not tighten. The locking member 9 has one or more locking members 9c, the locking member 9c being a projection or recess in the locking member. The locking member 9 is of the same material as the part 1. The locking member 9 may also be some other known material, i.e. the material of the locking member 9 may be different from the material of part 1, but this solution is disadvantageous since at least two raw materials are required. The engaging portion 1a of the part 1 has adjacent the projection 6 has one or more locking recesses 8 for the locking member 9. The locking recess 8 has one or more counter-locks 8a, the counter-locking 8a being a projection or recess inside the locking recess 8 for the locking member 9c. USE OF THE INVENTION Parts 1 are preferably of the same material, for example birch plywood, parts 1 are also of the same thickness. Laser-cut parts of the same material are nested within each other. The assembler disassembles the parts and assembles the product according to the instructions supplied with the product 5 by inserting the projections 6 into the holes 7 of the parts 1. The joints are locked by sliding the locking elements 9 in place to assemble the product. In addition to said birch plywood, other raw materials may be used to make the parts 1 and the locking member 9, for example, known wood composite, metal, wood, plastic or other known raw material. It will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the exemplary embodiments set forth above are, by way of illustration, relatively simple in structure and function. Following the design presented in this patent application, it is possible to produce a variety of very different structural solutions which utilize the inventive idea presented in this patent application. The invention is not limited to the above alternatives, but many modifications are possible within the scope of the inventive idea defined in the appended claims.
